The bill of indictment said Li Yuanlong 45 a reporter with the Bijie Daily in the southwestern province of Guizhou sent subversive emails between May and August last year using the pseudonyms of Night Wolf or Wolf Howling in the Night
The bill a copy of which was given to Lis wife Yang Xiumin specified the email company as Hotmail
